Alternative Energy Systems, LLC is not you typical HVAC company.  We offer products and services to fit all of your needs.  This includes heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, A/C, Crown Royal outdoor wood boilers, and St. Croix corn stoves.  We offer 24 hour service as well as installation and system design.

Alternative Energy Systems, LLC started in 2005 from humble beginnings.  Initially we sold only biomass boilers, then corn and pellet stoves. This was soon followed by outdoor wood boilers.  After years of steady growth, fueled by word of mouth from our amazing customers, we are continually adapting and growing.  The owner's sons are now much larger players in the business as we have expanded into conventional gas, oil, and electrical HVAC products.  With their many years of formal HVAC education and over 12 years in the field, we are ready for any challenges ahead.

I am very impressed with my Empyre 200 outdoor wood boiler. I previously owned an indoor wood boiler that heated just my house using seven to eight cords of wood per year. Several of my friends who own their own outdoor wood boilers told me to expect to use fifteen to twenty cords of wood to heat my house, three car garage, and hot water with new boiler heater. I was pleasantly surprised when I used only eight cords of wood last year!
